Our hours of support are Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm. All you need is a PC and an internet connection. You can pay for this service monthly or yearly. If you pay monthly you are able to cancel the service at any time.

What are the system requirements for Remote PC Support?
Target PC (the computer that you will access remotely):
Windows 98, 2000, XP, and Server 2003.
Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or later.
A computer always connected to the Internet via cable modem, ISDN, or DSL.
On Windows NT/2000/XP/Server 2003 you must be a user with administrative privileges to install the software. You can check your current username or add new users to your PC by opening the Control Panel on your PC and clicking on User Accounts.
We can also make on-site visits to resolve problems. This service is only available in Hampshire at the moment. We do not charge by the hour and we have fixed costs on different services. Please contact us for prices.
